We've gotta do something about these "taggers"

"Tagging" has become a real problem here in Fullerton. These "taggers" have no regard for public or private property. They think they can just spray their paint all over the streets. Don't they know they are decreasing my property values?! This morning, as I was out for a walk, I caught some taggers right in the act. They were putting their paint on my streets. When they saw me, they fled the scene. I think their gang was called "Edison" because that was painted on the side of their truck. These "gangbangers" think they can do anything they want. They must be stopped.
