December @ The Magoski Arts Colony!

This Friday, December 5th is the Downtown Fullerton Art Walk, and there's lots of amazing art shows happening at the Magoski Arts Colony: a massive multi-venue art space on the edge of downtown Fullerton which contains Hibbleton Gallery, PAS Gallery, BOOKMACHINE, and lots of other unique galleries and studios.  Here are some of the awesome shows happening this Friday from 6-10pm.  As always, the art walk is free and open to the public...


Hibbleton Gallery presents “Digital Show 3.0″ or 00011100001, featuring artwork by Mark Mendez, Carla Zarate, Brian Torres, and Camilo Bejarano.  This show is a sequel to Hibbleton’s first two digital shows, 000111100001, and the work demonstrates the evolution of artists using computer technology to express their artistic vision.


PAS Gallery presents "Sympathies and Antipathies: work by Ken Ruzic."  Big Works! Little Works! Happy Paintings! Sad paintings! But mostly RAD Paintings! Come see what all the Hullabaloo is all About! curated with Brian Prince, this exhibition holds many surprises! like the title implies....Paintings that Attract and Repel each other for oh,so many Reasons!


BOOKMACHINE books + zines is proud to partner with local nonprofit Pathways of Hope for a very special art exhibit this December, just in time for the holiday season! For over 39 years Pathways Of Hope has been providing food, transitional living and support and prevention services to the hungry, homeless and less advantaged through assistance of local congregations, volunteers, businesses and grants from foundations and government agencies.  Pathways offers arts programs for children in transitional housing, and this December 5th at BOOKMACHINE, some of the kids’ art will be on display! 


Colony artist-in-residence Valerie Lewis has curated a show of small and amazing works by the incomparable Jason Margos!


Colony artist E.E. Jacks has curated a fantastic exhibit entitled "Small Works Show" featuring Over 20 incredible artists working in a variety of media: Oil Paintings, Acrylic Paintings, Collage, Mosaic, Photography, Sculpture.  Artists include:  EE JACKS, LEANNE SARGEANT, JOHN SOLLOM, CAROL TOWLER, STEVE METZGER, NANCY JOHNSON, TESS IS, MICHAEL MAGOSKI, AMANDA REEVES, AMY LENAY, KATHERINE ENGLAND, MELINDA HAGMAN, OSCAR ARROYO, DENISE ELLIOTT MARSHALL, KELSEY KUYKENDALL, SCOT BRYAN, CANDACE MAGOSKI, JEREMY GRAYSON, JENNIFER FEDRIZZI, CHRISTINA PREISS, BRANDON MONK MUNOZ , DAN JOYCE, AIMEE GOSSEN ALLAN, and ZANE!
