Makin' a Movie

Yesterday, I acted in my friend's movie. It was my first time being in a real short film. I've made lots of silly youtube videos, but this one was legit, with lighting equipment, nice cameras, sound guys, production assistants, costumes, etc. Two of the main characters are Mormon missionaries...

I play detective Brody, a washed-up alcoholic cop. My friend Mike Spies plays my hot-headed partner, detective MacMahon.

One thing I learned from the experience is that it takes a long time to make a real movie. Most of the day involved laying around, waiting for my scenes. I guess that's show business!
