American Pharmacies: a poem

I'm pretty sure that,
in most other countries,
pharmacies just dispense
medicine.

But, in America,
they are supermarkets
where you can buy clothes
and DVD players
and pop tarts
and booze
and cigarettes
and a Sham-Wow!
